I wonder if I've bit off more than I can chew here. I'm working on redesigning and rebuilding
OPi8.com. The page design itself is crazy: 35 unique pages that the casual visitor will view. That's not counting the administrative pages that I have to design for the editors (currently only myself and Mark Teppo) and contributors.
On top of that, I'm rewriting the code and database. From a half-finished PHP site on MySQL, I'm moving into the world of Ruby on Rails. So far, Rails has been promising. Already I've gotten half of the administrative code done, and I've only spent a day or so on it.
Also, I'm trying to get my act together to set up OPi8.com as a publishing studio as well. Already have the plan to release a collection of one very popular comic series on OPi8.com, but my schedule keeps slipping.
In any case, new stuff abounds on
OPi8.com, and I hope to get it all out soon in the New Year.
