well ofcourse always do ur eyes first before foundation...duh but take a lil setting powder in one or two shades lighter than ur own color. "sift" it under the eye gentley with ur ring finger or a small buffer brush..do ure thing on ur eyes..and gentely remove the powder with the same brush!!! work ur foundation around the buffed area...and voila ull have a lovely highlighted effect!!!!!

Before anything--WELL after skincare (A MUST), use PRIMER.
The lip and lid primer by smashbox is AWESOME. I CALL IT SUPER GLUE for EYES AND LIPS.
Its a must. WHY would you even put eye shadow on w/out eye primer. DUH...
Also, face primer is a MUST.
It feels like SILK....and my pores..ARE..GONE GONE awwway. Plus, it keeps my foundation and powder on 2 to 3 times longer.
The eye primer is my AFTER PARTY LIFE SAVER. I call it EIGHT HOURS OF SLEEP IN A TUBE.
O-GLOW is O-FAB. Its heat activated. Plus, my OWN natural color appears. SO NOONE can COPY my color. Plus, its water-proff..OOOOO NICCCCE.
ASK MY ADVICE...I KNOW EVERYTHING...
