My mother passed away om 9/30/05 and I find it hard to relate to other people who have suffered due to the fact they have these spiritual beliefs I do not share .I am so sick of people assuming that I wil be comforted by the idea of heaven or god had a reason ,shes an angel now . It did give me comfort that my mother had faith and that before she went into surgery she said " I am not scared because I am with Jehova" So atleast for me I know she had that to hold to for HER. But now I am left with little to no support .

I understand how you could feel alone and irritated about everyone saying oh its ok shes in heaven. You yourself dont believe in it so your like what the heck are you talking about. But what if there is a heaven and a hell? What if she did go to heaven? Do you want to be there with her when you die or do you want to go to hell? You just have to realize that it is possible for there to be a heaven and hell. And if all the people who do beleive in it are wrong then nothing happens to them. But if you are wrong then you are going to an everlasting flame with worms that will continuosly eat at your body.

Oh, very nice. How very comforting and compassionate. If your reply is an example of how God wants you to behave towards unbelievers, I want no part of it.
