All of these party-of-no-tea-party-glenn-beck-sean-hannity-followers in favor of uncontrolled spending on military projects and multi-billion-dollar-wars with questionable results complain when one cent is spent on healthcare or infrastructure in our own country. It’s ok to throw money at our military no matter what the results...successful or not....BUT it’s totally unacceptable to throw money at our public schools. Maybe we need to enforce a NO-SOLDIER-LEFT-BEHIND policy that mirrors No Child Left Behind. If ALL military undertakings are not successful by the year 2014, the military loses ALL of its federal funding...then all those high-ranking military officers would have to hold bake sales to meet the standards of no-soldier-left-behind. Imagine if the Good Ol’ Boy politicians and high ranking military officials were subject to their own policies that they push on other public arenas. Let the military be funded by bake sales for a change
