does anyone have any experience with this? I just built a Baby 10 sequencer (8 steps anyway) and am looking for a way to provide CV input to the APC. I have seen it in a couple of demo videos, but no solid info can be found. I know pin 3 and 11 of the 556 are marked Control Voltage on the data sheet, but just adding a jack is not working.. I have seen the WSG mod for CV in, it requires a op amp.. Anyway.. some help would be great!

I’d run photoresistors in the APC, and drive them via LED from the sequencer?

I found the sweet spot on the circuit, I ran a jack to pins 3 and 12 and then connected to the cv out on the sequencer.. It has a way different sound than using the led’s as a vactrol. Thanks for the input tho.

yeah the vactrol would be in no way linear.

Man I really need to read up more on electronics. I really don’t know what you guys are talking about except for the fact that you’re trying to make a sequencer.

Just built in the CV jack’s for my 2 Atari Punk Consoles.. I will try and get some video clips together shortly. They sound pretty cool triggered by the "Baby 8" sequencer.
