I still have no idea what to do in my life. I have tried suggestions given here and nothing has changed. My faith seems to be waning too, I just feel very depressed with life. I’m still in love with someone that I don’t think I will end up with. I have been told by many people that it is a yes and it is a no. I know I love him, and when I think about my life with out him, it just seems hollow and empty. I feel like I’ve met a missing part of me, a part I didn’t know was missing till I met him. Can someone please help me find a way to find some light to help me find a way to reclaim my hope and faith in life? Any advice you have, please.

one of the things that has helped me is reading. i believe that reading helps you gain knowledge and understanding. they day you die is the day you stop learning. so pick up a book and read. and teach what you read.

if you mind is too cluttered, something that i personally do is take a nice hike by myself, away from it all. that way i have no outside sources can interfer with my thinking.

i had a friend that had a hard time with cronic depression, so along with some friends and family we created her a box. everytime she felt sad or lonely or depressed would open the box and take a slip paper that would say something like ’i love you’ or ’your beautiful, so smile’. things of this nature. i also created one for my friends daughter. even if you have to do one for yourself, this boost of confidence will brighten anyones day. appreciated yourself, love yourself, love you for being you.

excercise and getting out helps alot with depression.the key is to force yourself to do things that you really don’t want to do.another thing and the best thing is to get out of yourself.think more of others.staying inside of yourself is probably the worst thing you can do.for me the key to happiness lies in others.and fuck medication.talking about things with someone and writing and getting it out are good tools.oh yeah..and sex is better than prosac.sex is better than any street drug.its all natural.time heals all wounds.be well.this to shall pass
