Dead Set (fixed in purpose) Does not begin to define this band native to Wellston/Shawnee Oklahoma. In an area largely known for it’s heavy metal scene, Dead Set is a beacon of light shining through the fog pits of moshing fanatics. “Our music is our meaning and we are the "every man" kind of band” It starts with the name and ends with a universal understanding of perseverance and struggle. Influences from the likes of Sevendust, Three Days Grace, All That Remains, to name a few, Dead Set has the drive and determination like no other. What started as friends looking to have a good time has evolved into a band set to be a force in the music industry. A radio sound accompanied by a rhythmic drive, groovy lows and drums, to soaring leads and amazing vocals.


Dead Set has the opportunity to do a 4 month tour in the U.K., but only if they can get 8,000 friends on their myspace by next month. This tour could change everything for them.
