America was founded by people who thought it was a grand idea to settle their personal differences with each other by accusing each other of witchcraft, satanism, or any such foolishness, followed by the heinous murders of their fellow townsfolk. Education.

I’d be the first to agree with you, but they don’t want to be educated.
The difference between science and religion is that science is willing to revise itself with every new discovery, and admit when it’s been inaccurate in the past. Religion thinks it has all the answers without actually answering anything, and NEVER admits it’s wrong.
