This is a VERY important post because I know how difficult it is fighting for Disability/SSI. Ive been down that road & that was before there were so many Lawyers that ’specialized.’ I handled everything myself and it wasnt easy. For those of you that have applied at ANY time in the last 15yrs or so, you’ll understand what I mean when I say I got "The Runaround!" It actually got so bad that I enlisted the help of a US Senator from my home state at the time. I got VERY lucky. I didnt have a computer and even if I did, it didnt have the kind of information and access it has today. It would have made my life a thousand times easier if the Net existed then as now.

The main reason for THIS post is that I want to help people seeking Disability/SSI to get the information they need, FREE!!! No joke!!

I know how tight money can be for those of us fighting for disability, especially if its for an illness like Fibromyalgia or Lupus (or RSD, MS etc.). So, if you need help getting disability and want to avoid the cost and hassle of lawyers; Im going to TRY and help you the best way I know how!

For well over a year I have been a member of a website that gives COMPLETELY FREE information on how best to get your disability for those with Fibro and Lupus (as well as other health issues of course) as well as housing info, maximizing your benefits once you get them, links to other resources and TONS more. It also offers web seminars any time a subject of importance comes up that should looked into carefully. So, please believe me when I say the website is free because if it wasn’t; I wouldnt be able to use it because like so many of us, I live on a shoestring budget and the shoestring is ever tightening!
