While taking Merlyns splint off last week we had noticed this sore the picture was taken with my cell phone so it might not look that clear we have been cleaning it and wrapping it his splint is going to be going back for some adjustments and some new loops placed on since the old ones are a bit tattered and are starting to fray ... it’s been almost 6 months since we got this splint and other then the normal wear and tear there are no breaks or splits in it like the last one he is also the spokes person for Orthovet

Any and all suggestions accepted I am at my witts end trying to think of what to use to heal it totally
