my names wlaly fihse rand im the ambassaodr of the UPOD(United Players Of Democracy) and what were all about is changing your halo 3 expierence better that the natural way, i can explain to you how exacly we can do that but if you dont want youre time wasted i wont waste your time

few examples:
we make maps for you
we give you party leader if you ask for it
we help you get any halo achievements, even vidmasters
you DO NOT have to wear the emblem
and we all vote on new things.

the democracy is where YOU for the first time have a say.
the people vote the people rule
what the people want. . .
