i would like to know what is the season for cocketiels to breed....how can i tell if they are breeding....how can i tell if the girl is pregnant....thank u

Hi Cockatiels don’t get "pregnant" so to speak. Females will lay eggs with or with out a male cockatiel present. If you own cockatiels and no eggs than most likely you have boys possibly. Some female will never lay eggs though. When cockatiels bred you will know unless they are shy and wish to mate with privacy you will know. If they are on top of one another and the one below has the tail up and the one above has the tail sideways or angled than they are in mating positions. My breeders are not shy and some of mine are noisy during mating but that is not alway the case.
