some of the cooking shows are really food porno.
there is one dude who does the grilling and its like watching food pron, you will lust for food.
Homes of the filthy rich tv shows are just Home Owner porno.

Real meditation or the many other methods ARE just means to get IT. The trick is to stay with IT when one is not in ITS presence. Strangest thing about this is dwelling on IT is the very thing that stops one from staying with IT.
