Create your own homemade embellishment and use it on your page. I would like to see this used as your focal embellishment. Think outside the box and use cardboard, plastic, hair bows, foil, felt, toothpicks, netting, sheet rock tape, cupcake wrappers, etc.
For an added twist use a piece of pattern paper from your SCRAP drawer thats at least ONE year old.
Let’s see some fabulous pages this month.

Thats cute Melon. Coffee Filters also make really cute punch items too. (I too have one of those red die cut flowers somewhere in my stash. Loved it in the store, but cant make it work on anything IRL.)

Great challenge Cathy! The twist is especially nice (can’t wait to use those old papers!).
P.S. Congrats on the new job! =D Hope we get to see the first splurge of scrap-goodies! Let’s help the economy, I say! =)

Here’s my take :-)
I used scrap PP to cut the petals, crumpled it and stick it one by one then placed the button. I think it’s more than a year old hehehe
Thanks for looking :-)
