Disturbia walks into the darken street’s St. Canard, where her old buddy Malicia is suppose to be mayor of the city. She see’s terror and destruction being rain upon the citizens here...and felt like she was home. "I wonder what Malicia is up to anyway?" she said to herself walking over to the mayor’s building, looking over at it...a pretty huge building she must say.
