Nic and I started a Lupus walkathon. It’s called “Walk for Lupus Now Twilight Walk” and will be held at UMST in Rolla on July 18, 2009. The walk website is http://lupusmo.kintera.org/rolla2009. Registration will begin at 4:00 pm and the walk will begin at 5:00 pm. You are more than welcome to walk alone or if you want to get a team together you must have 5 or more people and at least 1 sponsor. You can register the day of event with your donation money raised and we are also getting a website that should be ready by this week that you can register online. We encourage you to get your work and churches involved as well. There will be refreshments, music, and fun for kids. We are getting balloon artists and face painters. All kids are welcome to come.
