Occidental College - Upward Bound is happy to announce that the application process for the 2009 Upward Bound Summer Residential Program is now open.

The primary goal of the Occidental College Upward Bound Project is to assist students who are first generation college bound from a low income background enroll in and graduate from postsecondary programs of education. The Project selects students who have the potential for success in college but have yet to demonstrate it!
