Well it still legal in texas so, just for referance a gram of purple sticky 5x standardized sells for $15. Now If your extract IS standardized (a lot of work) then $15 would be a good price. If it’s unstandardized (bulk) extract , you would be robbing people if you asked more than $10. What meathod are you using. Also i suggest trying it yourself. You dont want to sell soething that may make people sick right? And just as a precaution print out little Incense use only, not for uman consumption" lables and put them on the bags. Almost every company does this. It while it might not hold up in some courts, the Defense argument "But your honor it says right on the bag NOT FOR HUMAN COSNUMPTION, so its not our fault if he smoked it" sounds compelling to me.

Quick Reference:
Standardized 5x= taking 4 grams of salvia and extracting right down to the pure crystalline form of Salvinorum A and the reconstituting it onto the remaining 1 gram of leaf. Now I have done this and it is a long process and you loose a lot of salvinorum. So really 5 grams of extracted leaf onto 1 gram of dried leaf. You probably loose the salvinorum from one gram of leaf in all the washings.

Unstandardized (bulk) extract 5X= grinding 4 grams of salvia leaf, extracting it in 99% alcohol for a few days, letting the liquid dry scrape it up disolve it in grain alcohol and stirring it back into the leaf and letting it dry. Now you probably loose less salvinorum this meathod is cheaper and easier but also results in a sticky product with a nasty tasting smoke that’s pretty damn harsh.
