What do you feel are some of the common challenges that people with disabilities face on a regular basis?

The main challenge I face is the inability to explain my disability in a way that is immediately understandable to the laymen...If is lived as a hermit then that would not be a problem, but I am a fairly social creature with a hang up about not being understood...
