Step 1) Build Up Your Support Groups Of Friends And Family! This includes ALL forms of support structures, even having Grandma As A Babysitter. Find A Role For Everyone Available And Support Each Other! Become More Self-Reliant By Forming Small A Smal Team. Self-Reliant Means You Don’t Need To Rely On Help From Those You DON”T Trust, Like The Government!


Step 2) Buy a good Waterfilter. Don’t wait for a disater to strike, then it’s too

Step 3) If you are fit enough and have a wee bit of land, start your own “Patriot Vicory Garden”. Food is one of the most basic needs and historically has been used as a means of corrupt Governments controlling thier

Its not at all as hard as you think, and in fact its quite fun!

Step 4) If your not able to handle a garden, you could learn the simple and cheap process of “Canning” with Mason Jars. Team up with someone else who can garden and you take on the role of canning enough of the extra production from the garden to get you all through the Winter months. Did you know you can can raw meat in mason jars and the meat will stay FRESH WITHOUT REFRIDGERATION! If you’re on your own buy the food from the store now (or during a big sale on that item) while its plentiful and
can and store it for later.
