I’m compiling a list of metal radio shows across the country on NCRA member stations. Along with Jason of the metal show at CKUT I plan on representing metal at the next NCRA conference in Montreal.

What would be cool is if every metal programmer records a scene report for example, them describing their show and what the scene is like in there area and what bands are from there.
Metal and extreme music in general is overlooked often at these conferences but I believe an integral part to campus / community radio, as many of our stations are licenced as alternative and (good)metal is as far from mainstream as you can get.
