has anyone else heard about this? that theres a bill that either has or is supposed to go into effect and i forget what its called, but its where when a baby doesnt die during an abortion that it is to recieve the same medical treatment that premature babies recieve, well anyways, Obama has voted against this bill three times. He would also like to reinstate partial birth abortion as well.

just wondering if any body else knew about that....
