Hey there! I know a lot of people in our group might know each other from recent choirs, but hopefully we'll be able to get a huge group of people to join us from a lot of different choir years.

Let us all know what year you were apart of this experience! Then let us know one memory, friend, or song you'll never forget! And then to add more interest, tell us what you were doing right before you signed onto Myspace to reply to this!

I'll start

Name and Year: My name is Heather and I was in the 1997 Choir.

Friend I won't forget: I'm not one who meets people easily...normally I have to warm up to new people for a while, but there was no time to warm up! So I made friends with a lot of great people, but the one person I won't forget was one of my bed neighbors, Courtney Hatfield, who passed away a couple of years ago. She was the one person that I stayed in touch with and the only person to come to my graduation party despite getting lost and her car breaking down on the way...my dad went to get her and she stayed the night at my house until we could get her car fixed! She was an awesom person!

What I was doing before I logged in: watching a DVR'd episode of Gilmore Girls! love that show!

I will help get this started Heather.

My name is John and I was in the 1980 choir and have been on staff since 1988. I am also on the alumni association board.

The best memories I have of the choir is just seeing all the friendships that are made. I have gotten to know more people after the fair from talking to them online. So if anyone wants to talk look me up on AIM JPSullivan64 or Yahoo IM jps564

This is a great site and I hope this is just another way to keep in touch. Don't forget to visit the choir web page at aosfyc.com

Vicki 1992 Choir (I can't believe it's been that long ago!)

I have so many great memories from the choir. I made some friends that sadly I have lost touch with. I treasure those memories and love going to alumni day to experience it all over again.

My name is Betsy, and I was in the 2005 Choir! My best friend from there that I met was Nick Hoisington, and the entire Blue Room! My favorite memory was the Friendship circle, even though I cried so much I couldnt cry anymore, hahaha. I miss everyone terribly! Emmy and I are twins! lol

Hey! My name is Kelli and I was in the 2002 choir! :-)

Probably my 'best' friend from the choir has been/is Erica Schwarztrauber! She's probably the only one that I've consistently kept in touch with and is there whenever I need her! She came, along with Adam Theil (Whom i miss dearly!!!) to my wedding over the summer :-)

Hi I'm Marc and I'm from the 2005 choir. My favorite memory is just the whole fair itself, well exept for one weekend when I had to leave but other than that, it was awesome. I Don't think that one part of the fair would be good without the rest of it. Hope everyone has a good time and I can't wait untill next year.

I'm Liz Scott and I'm from the 2001-2003 choirs and 2003 chorale, but I've gone back to do something with the choir both years I've been out, including Fat Girl Gymnastics and Mrs. Claus.

My favorite songs are Lean on Me; This is My Father's World; Lord, Listen to your Children Praying; and a song from a quartet my first year, Sinner Saved By Grace.
My memories are endless.
My friends are countless!

Before I got on here, I was talking to Amy Brotherton! We were talking about when we live together what it's going to be like! She's from the choir too, so that makes it even more interesting.

I'm Jeremy (Jay) Looker from the 1992-1995 choirs.

I will always remember the great times I had with all my friends.
This choir has impacted my life in ways I though could never happen.
The pesons that i will never forget would be Mr. Snyder who has shown me how to reach out and love others for who they are, and Angela from the 92 choir. I would love to get in contact with her again. John S. Thanks for all of you wisdom and advice through the years. Love you all.

Hey all I just found out that there is a group on here!

My Name is Gordon and I was in the 2004-2005 editon of the choir. Just the one year, that's right, but not by choice. If I could have I would have been there for all of my high schooling, but I only embarked into choir as a Senior in High School.

I'll never forget the friends I've made in AOYC and I can't wait to see you all soon!!

My name is Karla Kruse, and I was in the choir in 1996 and 1997. I was in Cardinal Chorale in 1997 and the European Tour Chorale in 1998. I was also a CIT in 1998.

Although I made many friends during my AOSFYC years, there are a couple that stand out. Natalie Jensen (Padula) and Beth H. (now on staff...for several years) are very dear friends of mine, and I love when I finally get to spend time with them!!!!!

I wish I had known about the choir during my first two years of high school, but I made the most of the time I did have in the choir. I wouldn't trade those summers for anything!!!!!

As part of Mr. Snyders Original crew, I had to jump in and give a shout out to all of the other Alumni from 1992-1996. I miss you guys dearly and hope we can find more of the crew for an awesome 15th anniversary in 2007 party on ALumni day!

I'm Jared Starks. I was in the 2001-2004 choirs. Talk about the time of your life!

I miss everyone there. Heck, Even the BAND! I think I most miss the hugs, and just being able to sit in ODNR park and talk before/after a concert. Talk about memories.... I wish everyone could experience what we have.

My name is Liz Staten and I was in the '05 choir, and I plan on being in it for the next three years! I have so many amazing memories, friends, and songs to choose from...My favorite song is "Be the One". It is so touching, and I remember when we sang it one night for our last concert of the day Mr. Snyder started pointing at people while he was directing and he caught my eye for a couple of seconds while he pointed at me. I was so moved, and I shed a tear for Mr. Snyder. (a good one!) He is so amazing to lead this group.

Before I got on myspace I was on the phone with my friend, Will.
