As of now, I’m getting back into Anne Rice. After reading the entire Vampire Chronicles, I pretty much stopped reading. Now I want to get back into it. Sadly, I sold a lot of the books I had. And or lost them. But that’s not the point of my post.

I now plan on reading the novels chronologically. So I got the list of books off wikipedia. And it lists two short stories, that I doubt anyone is even aware of.

Nicholas and Jean

For those aware of these stories, is it possible to find them at a bookstore? Are they even noteworthy? They were written in the 60’s. So they were before Interview. And since I am going to read chronologically, I would like to get them.

Same here, , , 15yrs ago I ordered my first Anne Rice book, Lasher and I feel in love with Anne’s books and the whole Mayfair family. The books saved my sanity during a really bad time in my life. Threw the years I have gathered only hard backs and almost have them all. I have started rereading the books in order. I have just now started Memmoch, but I have this awlful urge to jump right into Blackwood which I have not read yet. I am fighting the temptation, but it get hard each time I finish a book.

well if you seen that one than did you also see "The Master of Rampling gate". Because that was also published but, only in a magazine. I fortunately found a book filled with a bunch of short stories by a lot of different authors on accident and picked it up at the closest Barnes and nobles. The book is called "Vampires Wine and Roses (Chilling Tales of Immortal Pleasure). And I bought it for 9 bucks. Now the other one I am not to sure about but, I probably can find it and let you know where and how to come by it too. I currently own a copy of all her novels except "Nicholas and Jean".

Have you actually tried asking Anne on her official website? Here is the link: http://www.annerice.com/
