I’m Maria, a new member here. I’m a MSc student in Occupational Psychology and I’m in the middle o fmy dissertation, which topic is secondary school teachers’ character strenghts and well-being.
Basically, I examine the occupational pattern of character strengths and how they interact with theachers’ job characteristics and life-satisfaction.
It is a two-part on-line survey, which takes approximately 35 minutes to complete.
