Here are the petition forms for Delaware:

Please print them out on legal sized paper and fill in the candidates name: Frank McEnulty and list his party as Independent. We cannot use the New American Independent Party name until we have atleast 200 registered voters in Delaware.

We need to collect 5,674 valid signatures by July 15th. Petition forms need to be notorized (usually banks do that for free where you have an account) and turned in at the county where they were collected.
