The following is a reprint of the donor letter that went out a little while back. I’m playing catchup! Please forward to those you feel may be interested. Thank you!
The Kalamazoo Ethnic Diversity Celebration is scheduled for July 12, Noon-8P at Mayor’s Riverfront Park in Kalamazoo, MI.

Dear Friend,
I would like to offer you an opportunity to contribute to a free event which has worked diligently for 6 years to bring tolerance and coexistence to our community.
Your generous donation will help funding in several ways:
1. Interactive Cultural Children’s Activities
· Face painting
· Henna Hand art
· Rangoli Sand Art
· Arts and Crafts
· Bouncy inflatable
2. Local Artists and Musicians
· David Molinari and Creolization
· Mossy Mountain String Band
· Chinese Lion Dance
· Muslim Children’s Choir
· Russian offering from the Pushkin Connection
As well as many more along with support services that allow us to make this event such a success.
The Ethnic Diversity Celebrations’ mission is one of my passions. Please come and sample some food you don’t recognize, meet some great people who don’t look like you, and watch and listen to some exotic music and dance, you may even know them.
By making a tax deductible donation to this years celebration you are not only contributing to a worthy community service but you are helping us create a community of one. Please make your check out to New Latino Visions and note Ethnic Diversity Celebration on the memo line. You may use the self address envelope enclosed. If you have any questions please contact Erin or Mary at 269.226.9363.
Thank you,
Ethnic Diversity Celebration Committee
