2008 High School Nationals in Hawaii, a Grassroots Judo Event

2008 High School National Judo Championships

** IMPORTANT UP-DATE **
Due to the distance between Tournament Headquarters/ Site from most overflow accommodations in Honolulu, we will offer a second Registration / weigh-in site.

Location: Carnation Room
Ala Moana Hotel
410 Atkinson Drive at the beginning of Waikiki

Times: 12:00 PM noon to 6:00 PM (must be in line by 5:45 PM)

Only Pre-registered Contestants will be accepted at this site!!!

Incomplete registrants and walk-ins must report to Tournament Headquarters, Hilton Turtle Bay Resort in Laiei, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm for weigh-ins. A list of pre-registered contestants will be posted outside meeting room. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Contestants MUST bring a picture ID in the event their Tournament event badge is not available at this secondary site. Coaches badges will be available at headquarters, during coaches meeting, and tourney morning.

Event Bus service will be available on Tournament day, Saturday. Please have group leaders email number of people in group to tournament director so appropriate number of buses can be arranged. There will be a 6:45 am departure time from Waikiki / airport locations and return run will be 30 minutes after conclusion of last matches (approx. 6 PM) Please send information by registration deadline (May 8, 2008). Groups will be notified of pick-up locations by weigh-in day.
