Hello everyone,

I have decided not to pursue my podcast idea for a while, if ever.

I have a lot of things going on right now and I have to put my hobby on the back burner.

To everyone who has listened in I appreciate it and I thank you for your many words of encouragement.

To those who have participated I thank you for your time.

To all the Kiwi bands that I have come to know and love keep doing what you do. I am still amazed at how truly gifted so many of you are and your wonderful music will continue to bring me much joy. I do hope that there will be more exposure to what it is you are doing down in NZ and that all of you will accomplish your goal of having your music heard by many, many people. The world needs to hear your music!

Thanks again to everyone and God bless.

Hi, Carrie:

I’m sorry to hear that things in your life have become more and more demanding, and will prohibit you from pursuing your podcast.

I sincerely hope that you are able to find time for your hobby, and for yourself, again very soon.

Best of Luck to you,

- Crystal

I agree with Crystal - it certainly sounds like it was something you enjoyed doing!

I hope you find the time later to continue to pursue your interests in it.

Hiya Crystal and CM,

Things are just really crazy right now.

Once the kids are out of school in four weeks and things settle down with another personal situation, maybe I can get back to my beloved hobby. In hindsight I shouldn’t have been so dramatic with the "if ever" bit of my posts.

I really do love the music and feel very strongly about it getting exposure in whatever guise possible (even on a tiny little scale like my podcast).

We will see how things are in a month or so.

But listen, I want to thank y’all and everyone that has messaged me about the podcast. It is really encouraging and really tells me that I should strive to make time to move forward with it. Just right now I can’t.

CM have fun in NY by the way.

Crystal I think that was you in a photo I saw of the FotC performance at the record shop?

Good stuff that y’all get to or will get to see them live. I bought their album last week and was just blown away by it. It really is a solid album musically (and funny as hell!!). Again it is another testimony to how wonderfully talented and gifted those in the NZ music scene really are!

Anyhoo thanks again for your encouragement!

LOL! I need to get some big dark glasses and a cute little hat!

That was probably me, if you’re going on recognition of my hair. I am apparently far more distinctive looking than I ever realized!

The FotC boys positively rocked it at Amoeba. Very funny, very charming set and they were such troopers - a four hour signing afterwards! :-0

Crystal actually that’s kinda cool that you stood out a bit. I would think that a challenge in LA! So good onya!

A four hour signing?! Wow. That was very kind of them. That however just speaks to the kind of guys they are. Yet another reason to appreciate them.

See ya later! :-)
