Hey there Jam Session peoples. I was hoping to get an official response to this, if any of the developers are available.

I recently wrote some music for AudioSurf. In this music, I performed some of the background guitar parts in Jam Sessions. I did this because I thought it would be cool to write videogame music that was partly generated by a videogame. Now, the AudioSurf developer has contacted me about distributing this music. The question is, am I allowed to distribute these mp3s without running the risk of any sort of copyright infringement?

The recordings aren't clean versions of the samples or anything. They are original performances.

It seems pretty straightforward, but I need to know whether or not I have to re-record the guitar parts before I send out the mp3s.
