Ive recently received my results back from my mtDNA. Ive been disappointed because there arent any matches...neither high or low. Has anyone had this happen to them? The results also said that my halogroup is one of the oldest, european specific halogroup. Im a U5ala. Help!

Two things (this is what I think I have learned!!):

You found no matches because this is a fairly new process. As more people sumit their tests the likely hood of a match will increase. Have to keep going back and checking for Matches!

Your Haplogroup probably is an old one from Europe because that is where most of us came from, Europe to the "New Country", America. That is of course you are not Native American.
