A Friend showed me something that I think every one should read. The House just secretly rushed a bill through Congress, when the fires in California were all over the newspapers and the news, to keep the American people from knowing what our crooked politicians, have done to us. The bill passed the House almost unanimously 404 Yea to 6 Nay, and has been sent to the Senate for their vote. President Bush, believe it or not, has already promised to sign this Bill; and I guess you could say that it’s pay back time, for all the people on MySpace who have made the mistake of saying anything bad about our government or the Bushes on the Internet!
If this bill passes as easily through the Senate as it did through the House, when these new laws are used together with the provisions of the Patriot Act of 2001, and the Military Commission Act of 2006; ANYONE ON THE INTERNET WHO TRIES TO INSIGHT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO RADICAL CHANGE, WILL BE CONSIDERED A TERRORIST and can be rounded up, flown Abroad and held indefinitely in a foreign prison, without the right to a lawyer, fair trial, without friends or family having any knowledge of their where-abouts, or communication with the outside world, and can be repeatedly tortured whenever they feel like it. Do you know that under the patriot act, they can read your e-mails and monitor your phone calls without even needing to suspect you of terrorism or any crime? Do you know that under the new Military Commissions Act, they can bust into your home at any time, or pick you up off the street, transport you overseas, torture and jail you indefinitely without ever telling you why, or giving you access to an attorney or a phone to call your family and tell them what was happening to you?
Congress has been afraid to allow the American people to see the torture that is being sanctioned and encouraged by our military intelligence in these CIA prisons, for fear that it will spark international outrage. So they give a three-hour VIP private screening of more than 1,600 photos in a top-secret room of the Capitol. "I saw cruel, sadistic torture," said Rep. Jane Harman (D- Calif.). She said she saw men masturbating and men hitting their heads against the walls, trying to knock themselves unconscious to escape the pain. Prisoners are shackled, beaten to death, forced to stand in one possition for hours, strip naked and exposed to extreme cold, heat, and sleep deprivation. The Patriot Acts of 2001, the Military Commission Act of 2006, and now the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007, have collectively taken away our constitutional rights to free speech, freedom of association, freedom from illegal search, the right to habeas corpus, prohibition of cruel and unusual punishment, and freedom from the illegal seizure of private property. The First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments in the Bill of Rights have all been basically trashed in a effort to make it easier for the FBI and CIA to investigate Americans, put them in jail, and torture them when ever they feel like it. Today Congress just passed another law that allows the phone companies to spy on the American people, without a Search Warrant, or the fear of law suits. Our Rights are slowly being taken away, and no one seems to notice or even care.
Satan has fooled the American people into believing that this Country is a Democracy, where the people have only their Civil rights; which tyrants like Bush have proven, can easily be take away at any time, leaving us powerless to do anything about it. Sources say that our special forces are already in Iran gathering intelligence for the invasion, and that the Russians are supplying Iran with state of the art, air defense capabilities. Our leaders have already made plans to double the size of our Military, over the next 4 years, by reinstating the draft in the U.S., for everyone between the ages of 18 to 43. What in the world could our government be planning, that would require the construction of concentration camps, as a contingency plan to detain without recourse, millions of its own citizens? According to Naomi Wolf the author of "The End of America: Letter of Warning To A Young Patriot", the National Counter terrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 American "terror suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month. They label anyone who "engages in sit-ins, civil disobedience, trespass, peace demonstrators, Second Amendment advocates, or any other demonstrations in the name of Equal rights" as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs are anti-abortion protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists, and the list goes on and on. It looks to me that the New World Order has taken total control of our country, without even firing a shot. O well I guest that’s good, at least they can’t be labeled as terrorist.

PREVENTION OF VIOLENT RADICALIZATION AND HOMEGROWN TERRORISM.
SEC. 899A. DEFINITIONS.
..In this subtitle:
..(1) COMMISSION- The term ..Commission’ means the National Commission on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism established under section 899C.
..(2) VIOLENT RADICALIZATION- The term violent radicalization’ means the process of adopting or promoting an extremist belief system for the purpose of facilitating ideologically based violence to advance political, religious, or social change.
..(3) HOMEGROWN TERRORISM- The term homegrown terrorism’ means the use, planned use, or threatened use, of force or violence by a group or individual born, raised, or based and operating primarily within the United States or any possession of the United States to intimidate or coerce the United States government, the civilian population of the United States, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.
..(4) IDEOLOGICALLY BASED VIOLENCE- The term ideologically based violence’ means the use, planned use, or threatened use of force or violence by a group or individual to promote the group or individual’s political, religious, or social beliefs.
SEC. 899B. FINDINGS.
..The Congress finds the following:
..(1) The development and implementation of methods and processes that can be used to prevent violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence in the United States is critical to combating domestic terrorism.
..(2) The promotion of violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence exists in the United States and poses a threat to homeland security.
..(3) The Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States citizens.
..(4) While the United States must continue its vigilant efforts to combat international terrorism, it must also strengthen efforts to combat the threat posed by homegrown terrorists based and operating within the United States.
..(5) Understanding the motivational factors that lead to violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence is a vital step toward eradicating these threats in the United States.
..(6) The potential rise of self-radicalized, unaffiliated terrorists domestically cannot be easily prevented through traditional Federal intelligence or law enforcement efforts, and requires the incorporation of State and local solutions.
..(7) Individuals prone to violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence span all races, ethnicities, and religious beliefs, and individuals should not be targeted based solely on race, ethnicity, or religion.
..(8) Any measure taken to prevent violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence and homegrown terrorism in the United States should not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of United States citizens and lawful permanent residents.
..(9) Certain governments, including the Government of the United Kingdom, the Government of Canada, and the Government of Australia have significant experience with homegrown terrorism and the United States can benefit from lessons learned by those nations.

The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Commission, will grant power to all its members to arrange hearings, obtain testimony, and even to administer oaths to witnesses, meaning that multiple hearings can be running simultaneously in various parts of the country at the same time. Like the McCarthy trials in the past, the commission will travel around the United States and hold hearings to find the terrorists and root them out. Sounds like a witch-hunt to me; but the Bush’s and the Clinton’s are the one’s that should be branded as witches and terrorist, not the American people. But they will most likely get what they want with all their money, and those working for satan (the Commission) will be paid for their duties at the senior executive pay scale level, and will have staffs and consultants to assist them in doing their dirty work. Harman’s bill does not spell out terrorist behavior, and leaves it up to the Commission to decide on it’s own, what is terrorism and what isn’t. Language inserted in the act does partially define "homegrown terrorism" as "planning" or "threatening" to use force to promote a political objective, meaning that just thinking about doing something could be enough to merit the terrorist label. The act also describes "violent radicalization" as the promotion of an "extremist belief system" without attempting to define "extremist." So they have been given a free license, to take it to whatever extremes they feel necessary. If things happen like what’s being speculated, the homegrown terrorists and dissenters are going to be the modern day Jews.
