It is a travesty that with the war going on in Iraq and Afganistan that we as Soldier would have to endure the pain of being harassed by senior leaders in our unit, chain of command and in the military in general. Consistently senior leaders have used their rank to degrade, belittle, dish out articles 25's and down right embarass Soldiers, these are leadership issues that should not be tolerated but yet go on everyday and everyone turns a blind eye because they do not want to get involved. Well I would like to hear your concerns, issues, complaints etc. I know there are others.
