What is wrong with country? You have to act or be what every one else wants you to be. You have to there relagen and there property. you can't think or feel; act or dream with out there say so.

What is wrong with this countr? We have the people in office the same type of people that our grandfathers, uncles, and brothers fought in world war 2. The very same that want to take over and make the world as they are.

They look down on thous with diffrent views a differnt way of being. They dislike any one that is diffrent and can not be controled by them.

This is what is wrong with this country...

what is wrong with the country? why it is simple...we slept. and when we finaly woke up the rules had changed...the power has shifted and we are in-slaved. many of us went back to sleep rather than fight...and most who choose to make a stand are seperated and disorginized...yet all they realy lack is courage and a figurehead to orginize.

We didn't sleep.

We stood by apathetically as our personal liberties were slowly eroded away in the name of altruism.

We watched it happen and did nothing because to point out the faults of the laws being enacted would have shown a light on us that we were afraid of. We would have been seen as "selfish", or "money hungry" or even (gasp) "conservative".

We hid our belief in personal responsibility and accountability as if it were a shame, even if it was those exact qualities that gave us the means to speak up had we so chosen.

But the time is soon coming when we will no longer have to be afraid.

You are so right. We were never sleeping you stood and watched as our goverment feel down around us.

We stood silent as the presadent took all that we had and shoved it right in our face.

We were always told that we lived in a free Nation and that we were always better then everyone else.

No othere Country could touch us. What lies that were spune just to keep a few silent. As I know and many otheres know you are never turly free nor are you ever better then anyone else.

It is all a matter of how you carry you're slef. Show love for one enother and never lit any one kick you to the ground.

The time is comming with in the year a new prseadent with new ideas and ways to keep our people safe will be elected in, but that dosn't mean that we should lit down our gared.

We did that already and look what it has gotten us! Nothing but hell, inasent people have been killed in the name of so called FREEDOM. To many people have lost Brothers, Sisters, Mothers, Fathers, Sons, and Doughters.

We can not stand by and watch this continue...

what is wrong is that people fucking believe the media and the government, and lack the capacity to actually hear or even comprehend any other voice. After all, it's the terrorists who threaten our freedom, right?

Throw out the centrys we have been brain washed byour goverment. We beleve that oour goverment will take care of us and trust every thing they say. "Our goverment dosn't lie to us"! Yes they do. Everyday we are lied to... September 11th was the bigest lie in our countrys history.

Who should we fear? Terroist? Illegal Imagrents?

Well if you think about it we are all Imagrants our family came off the boats.

Our goverment is the real terroist they say that we are the land of the free yet we have more and more rules every day. What you can do How you should act and so on.

Our goverment beleve that every country and every living person should be ruled over just as we are.

Our govement has to be in every aspect of our lives.

Our Country is turning it a Dictaorship and leaving behind Democrasy.

When we go to the polls to vote in Febuary don't you think that the Head Politishens already know who is going to be in office. They have already chosen and we are just the pones that think we are making a diffrince.

All the while they are sitting there knowing what the futre is about to bring.

We need to stop complaning and start acting. The up coming elections will give us a chance to realy put in our viwes about what has happened.

The only thing is; is that all of the canadates are trying to hard to prove their are not Bush whitch might lead to another problem.

Sometimes I think this goverment is truly going to reach abother Civel war, or even a Dictatership. Eather way there is no good out come.

We need to stand up a tell our country were we stand! This is supose to be a free country and ruled by the people right?

All I see is people with power and money running and leading us to wars that will never be won.

Elections will give us a chance in Hell.
They never fix anything.
Reach another Dictatorship?
Quote via Bush in response to the Constitution on several occassions:
"It’s just a goddamn piece of paper!"

All I see is people with power and money running and leading us to wars that will never be won.

This -is- a dictatorship. What you just said ^there^ will never change.

Now here’s a great response:

And yet another response I’d like to coin from The Matrix Architect:
Hope. It is the quintessential human delusion, simultaneously the source of your greatest strength and your greatest weakness.

Maybe hope puts a smile on your face.
Me personally, misery and suffering starts me laughing.
Not AT the misery and suffering, mind you.
But at how twisted and cruel the joke really is.
The world is the joke now, and no one laughs.
But I do. I get the punchline, as disturbing as it is.

Hope isn’t what it used to be anymore.

People no longer have hope, only greed, affluence, the thought of their next pleasure - which they always want NOW of course.

Hope requires substance, something to aspire to. That’s something next to nobody has or does anymore, self-pleasure is all they aspire to.

These days, hope isn’t Hope, what passes for hope now is just a bunch of children who don’t understand anything telling themselves bedtime stories so they won’t be afraid of the monsters hiding under the bed.

hahaha, and the monsters are what the government tells them.

Well, I have a recipe for true hope.
Take one individual, highly motivated, and sinisterly twisted through life’s injustices. Mix vigorously with extensive knowledge of anarchist tactics and concoctions, and monetary savings withdrawn immediately from banks after initial .com profit, upwards of a million $. Add a very realistic death witnessed by many spectators.

V of V for Vendetta said:

For every action is an equal and opposite reaction.
What they did to me was monstrous.

Evey: So they created a monster.

The end result:
The psuedo-monster the government warns everyone about becomes reality.

What is wrong with this country? I’ll tell you right here and right now. We as Americans are lethargic in stating our opinion, instead of letting the government fear us, we now fear them.
While I am no V, and don’t have the balls to blow up capital buildings I do have the balls to state my opinion. Which, sadly to say, is hard to find. As we speak the government is working to expand the patriot act, I do belive. You know, the law that interferes with your personal rights.
I plan on making a series of speaches in order to gain the realization and support of those who refuse to take action.
While I might not be able to make a change maybe my thoughts will spark others to think.
I’m tired of looking around, at all the inequality, all the poverty, all poor and homeless, all the natural disasters that take too long to respond to, the shadyness of our so called "protectors".
In the great words of V "If you’re searching for the guilty, you need to look no further than into a mirror..."

I’ve learned all too well that "speech" itself is never going to work.
It doesn’t take "balls" to speak anything, wreckless harassment happens every day while people give others lives a living Hell to vent their own frustrations.
You can’t even convince the simple mindless brainwashed automatons that you come across.

No, it takes "balls", as you put it the first time.
Speech will only get you into trouble. anything associated with freedom in this country is a deception. Freedom of speech is no deviation from this rule.

Alex Jones protested in Washington, and now he’s on the official government watch list. He effectively petitioned against the Patriot Act in many states with literally millions of followers. Now they’re releasing Patriot Act II.

Ties to family and friends, the ability to fear while automatically succumbing to it, and being an officially traceable/trackable barcode, all add to the government’s stranglehold on the masses.
