Hi,
I just got a C and G Standard. They're really good quality for the money. I had a Super Chromonica 270 that needs a reed repaired. The one difference I see so far is that the Hohner is louder. I play chicago style amplified harp, so it doesn't matter much. I was just wondering what others experience is, with the Seydel Standard or the Deluxe.
Any suggestions on where to get my 270 repaired?
Thanks,
Dino

There’s a big difference between the DeLuxe and the standard. The DeLuxe is louder than any 270 I’ve played. I’m a big fan of the DeLuxe, it’s got a lot of good features, but the best I think is it’s relatively airtight slide.
On that 270, I could fix it, or you could send it directly to Hohner USA in Virginia. If it’s new, you may want to ask about warranty.
Dave
