I am sure some of you have heard of the water shortages in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
What if you knew that citizens on the lakes repeatedly tried to contact the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, because their boats were getting stuck in the mud due to water depletetion MONTHS before any supposed water shortage?
It seems the Army's machinery WAS broken allowing MILLIONS of gallons of water to be released 'accidentally' before the supposed drought even started.
People in Carrollton, Georgia don't have any water problems.
People in Athens, Georgia don't have any water problems.
Then why does ATLANTA seem to be the only city that does?
