What do you charge? Do you TFP? Are you open to video? Nudity? Any other terms? Online portfolio? Who have you worked with before?

Ideally I'd like to make $60/hr + gas, but if I really believe in the project I'm supporting I'll do TFP. I'm not too keen on video but depending on the project I'm game. Nay on nudity. I have worked with KLeo, Terry Mac, April Mitchell, Allen Landau, and Brian Milo.
