There's no doubt about it, Dinopark Tycoon is the rarest and most expensive 3do game! Just the other day an auction for Dinopark Tycoon was listed on eBay. This seller is dreaming a little too much on how much he thinks he can get for it. A buy-it-now auction for $950! The highest I remembered seeing the game go for was little over $600, this guy's copy doesn't come with the box or instruction booklet, just the jewel case. All the other copies that I remember were factory sealed. In reality I think he can probably fetch between $400 to $500, but you never know on eBay!

Just makes you wonder of all the 3do games made, what makes Dinopark Tycoon the most valuable? One being the rarity, but not all rare games go for a ton of money! It is one of the earliest Tycoon games and its fun at first, but things get frustrating very quickly in this game! I know all about this game, I had it for DOS.

Here is the link to the auction to those interested in seeing it. He does have a make offer option, and it looks like someone already made 2 offers only to be declined!

Well I can't really say it's a big rare game. I've seen many for sale it's just that the demand for it is WAY bigger than it's availability. It is a really neat game tho, I got it just because it supported the mouse and I wanted more games for that. Glad I didn't pay a fortune for it.
