While I didn't win the Mayoral Election, and only got 59 votes; I'd like to thank everyone that supported me, both at the polls and with emotional support.
I am extremely exhausted (from campaigning and still working a full-time job), but I could not have gone through the election without the support of my friends & family.
I would have liked to have received more votes than I did, but I would consider my campaign a success as I was the only candidate to talk about some issues.
1) Lowering taxes
2) Reducing City spending
3) Instituting Instant Runoff Voting
&
4) Calling for a referendum on the use of Tax-payer funding for Mass Transit & a Dome(multi-purpose facility)
