What are some of the things God has done in your life at DCC. What kind major decisions did you make, experiences have you had, life changing lessons learned and applied, etc. have happened to you in past DCC's?

After going my freshman year, I decided to go to Africa for two weeks, which was a huge challenge in trusting God. Ultimately, I don't think I was 100% ready for the trip, but it grew me in many great ways, and I know God's will was done, no matter what I think.

This far along, I think going to DCC has taught me that while spreading Jesus' love CAN be institutionalized and put into an organization, really, what it comes down to is the personal relationships we have with people in our every day lives, building those relationships up, and getting them to a point where the person knows who we are in Christ and can see His love in us. I truly believe that, as the old adage says, actions speak louder than words. The four spiritual laws and the formulas didn't work for me, and the haven't worked for those I know. It's about SEEING God in this world, through us and through others.
