I saw this was up a month or two ago with an April 30th deadline. Is this a new round or did they extend the deadline.
Is the Emmy annual or more often? Anyone know?

As I understand it, the earlier deadline was for the Entertainment catagory and this is for the Public Service catagory, which just closed at MySpace, but hasn't yet closed, or even opened up for entries, at the Emmy site.
