I am working with some middle school cheerleaders this week, and while separating our stunting groups, I ended with 2 bases and a flyer (no back). These girls, were however determined to work on any 3 person stunts I could show them. Unfortunately for them, I only know about shoulder stands and single bases. Are there any other 3 person stunts I can work with this group on? they are really strong- they got a single base the first time they tried it. All advice is loved!

Go through the different single stunts is probally your best bet. Work Libs, cupies, and all those fun things. Also get them doing it from step in and toss to hands. There isn’t a whole lot of stunts besides single stunting you can do without breaking rules. Most competitions require that every group have a backspot.

-Lib
-Extension
-Cupie
-Toss to Chair
-Chair to hands
-Twist downs

And lots more of those fun stunts
