I saw BRS at the Electric Gardens festival, and I absolutely fucking loved them. So I made this fan group.

alrite mate , i saw them support maximo park the other week and there actually immense, outshone maximo by a mile , i fucking love them , there a bit diffrent and i think there the next big thing. all there songs are amazing , i wish i was someone better and boring by the sea my personal favorites. if they keep righting stuff of this quality , whatch out arctic monkeys...

First saw them at Cabaret Voltaire and I was blown away, then at Tin the Park they filled a stage like no other two piece.

Then twice in a week, first at the mother of all venues, Barrowlands, supporting Maximo. That they were third on behind Good Shoes is one of the crimes of the century. Then two days later back at Cab Vol, hanging about until half one with work the next day and it was worth every second.

This will be the album of 2008.

well, the first time I heard about Blood red shoes, it was on a german-french TV channel called Arte. They have a very good music show, and on this show, they talked about this absolutely thrilling band, announcing them as THE NEXT BIG THING! Like a half year later, I saw them in Zurich, supporting Maximo Park. Well, I like Maximo Park, but I suddenly recognized that Blood red shoes were soooo much better than "the main act". Their incredible power on stage, the strength of the sound "just" two people can create, I was simply amazed! Then, about two months ago, I saw that they were coming again to Zurich, so I HAD TO buy tickets for the show! The show was THIS night, at the SOLD OUT Hafenkneipe ( a pretty tiny venue) and it was absolutely awesome!!!! As usual! I also got to chat a bit with Steven, and my friends and I got free vodka from him and could take some funny pics ! It was all in all an unforgettable night!!!
