Hello!

The Venus Doom release is just around the corner and we have a lot of work to do!

Anyone going to any shows can get a lot of promotion going on at these events and around the area like handing out fliers, posters, or anything you can come up with. There area several fliers/posters available to print and copy on our Myspace page and you are more than welcome to create your own.

Also basic internet promotion is important! Myspace, Trig, etc., post bulletins daily, messages, chat rooms, message boards, blogs etc. Promote our street teams as well to hopefully garner new members! Banners and graphics are available at our Myspace page as well. I'm also happy to email anything you need to anyone not on Myspace.

Pics of your street teaming is VERY IMPORTANT! Always send your pics into Heartagramteam.com and send a copy to me as well (via email or myspace), please. Pics are NECESSARY for the team to get the credit we deserve for the work we do! The leaders are now submitting pics of the team's work to an additional site for team recognition. This is important for the team and if we work together we can do great things for HIM in our area!

As with work submitted to Heartagramteam.com...all activity regarding the team is now being tracked on a points system. Bulletins, email responses, blog postings, etc...all will be awarded points. While we do sometimes get 'perks' being on the street team is no guarantee that you'll get to meet the band. The teamers that work the hardest are the first in line for the rewards.

Heartagram Day 2008 (Feb 2nd) is fast approaching! Planning has started, but suggestions for a location would be greatly appreciated! I have a few feelers out and should have answers soon, but I'd love to hear suggestions from YOU!

If you haven't already, PLEASE vote on the Heartagram boards for St. Louis. We may not have a chance, but our 7 measly votes is a little sad. If you're pulling for somewhere else, that's fine, but I'm sure more than 7 of us want St. Louis. ;)
