Who's the definitive Link?

Michael or Zac Efron??

Michael will always be the embodiment of Link for me. Zac did a good job, but in many respects the movies are different enough to be almost two separate entities.

Zac did a fantastic job as Link in the new "Hairspray" film, but I also liked Michael in the original film. Both films are very DIFFERENT. John Travolta was a great Edna, but much different from Divine. I remember seeing Michael as Elvis and also o 90210 after "Hairspray, " but I guess he got his calling to be a minister. If he's happy, I am glad for him. I spoke to the Link at the Broadway production of "Hairspray" and he told me that Michael saw the show on Broadway.

Zac was great, Michael was better. :)

Zac = Good

Michael = Unforgettable.

You can't forget Matthew Morrison who played Link on Broadway and in LA at the start of the tour. I think he was great.
