my names Dante Schettino , im the branch manager at a california mortgage company.. I have a loan that needs an appraiser in az.. one catch.. the home has a construction loan on it for like a year and 3 months.. there 95% done and only have 15k left before there loan is 100% .. they have maxed dept and need to refi to get all dept paid off and finish the house with the remaining cash out.. i have them saving $1,200 a month to their cash flow and dept free with like 35k cash out on top of it.. when the loan closes
what i need is an appraisal that will somewhat over look that the house is not 100% done.. it's 95% done also they have all the finish material on site.. the value when done or close to done is 550k . will you work with this loan or do you happen to know somebody that will.. i will throw an extra fee in there for the appraiser for getting it done for me.
thanks

I would guess that the assignment has already been forged or the structure is now 100% complete and is a non-issue in terms of falsifying a report... But yes, Dante... I'd be curious to know the address also -
