I suggest setting up an annual membership cost for Fusion. Money raised could be used to fund a monthly newsletter (in print) distributed to members and area leaders. An amount such as $20.00 per annum should be significant to cover this while not causing too much of a burden on members. Also, I think paying dues will provide members with a sense of belonging that may not be currently felt.

maybe instead of dues maybe just split it into to diffrent levels like gold gets a much better screen and info so those we are not excluding/alinating those that are poorer?

Interesting that you guys brought this up - we have been batting this around for a while. Especially with our new professional development series we are developing and the noon networking, we feel like we’re offering more of value and a "newsletter fee" (however small) might help encourage ownership from members.

What’s the right dollar amount? $25/year? $50/year? Nothing??
