At our 10-year Reunion Picnic event, Jesse Maine offered the idea that maybe we could have a "Destination Reunion" for year 15. This would primarily benefit those of our classmates who live in the south now (as that is the region we would probably hold it), as well as give us a reason to take a short vacation and see some of the East Coast, in addition to our classmates.

A 15-year is not traditionally a year to have a reunion, although I am sure some classes still do. I think an "extra" reunion would be a great idea for us to stay in contact and even discuss projects like presenting a gift to the high school on behalf of our class and things of that nature. A round table discussion seems like a better way to plan things than on Myspace and through e-mails.

The dates, location, and details have not been decided yet. Please respond to this post with your ideas and recommendations as well as refer others back to it so we can have a central location where the information can be accessed by all. An informal gathering will be held next year immediately after the Annual Alumni Dinner and Meeting (second Saturday of June) to make decisions about the date, location and details of the 15-year Destination Reunion. We will probably meet at a quiet place with no distractions. Details on the informal gathering will be posted soon. If you would like to attend to help us make decisions, please mark your calendar for the second Saturday in June, 6:30 PM to ??? at CHS and another TBD location.

Well with Brian and I moving back, I would be willing to have the round table discussion at our house next year.

I will keep it in mind! I had the afterthought of the Hoagie Hut if Jason has a room we can rent by next year.
