Paris Hilton was arrested, went to court, was found guilty, OK.. Now for the fact here. It is the discretion of the judge to determine an apprpriate sentence (Fair or not) after wich the defendant (Paris Hilton) can appeal the decision.. Did she? NO!!!!! therefore she agreed with the decision of the court. So she obviously must have felt somewhat responsible/accountable... So what is the big deal! If Paris or her "Attorney" felt the sentence was not fair than she should have excer<myspace>size</myspace>d her right to an appeal. SHE DIDNT!!!!!!!!
