I'm somewhat perplexed as to how small CS still is, as far as the number of members goes. Especially considering there isn't any competition from similar sites (as far as I know.) So does anyone else throw in references to CS all the time when you're posting in other gaming groups or forums, to try to raise awareness and recruit more members? I mean, as far as I'm concerned - more members = more competition = more fun. Right?

Of course, being represented in a community of currently 186, 176, 944 people is not a bad place to start. Unfortunately, this group is (still) hidden from 186, 176, 927 of them. It doesn't show up when you search for - well... anything: game, high score, and even "cyberscore" - nothing. Shame.

I tell my burnout buddies about CS, but they all say theres something screwing with the log in. They can all do the forums no problem, but when it comes to cs.net, they can't log in. There are alot of scores that I check out that have been broken and it would be surprising to see them on your site.

Sounds like a cookie problem. Did they try deleting their cookies and logging in again? (Allowing the new cookies, obviously.)

I’ve put the banner on my myspace, and I’ve also put a link in my XbL bio. The only problem I’m having and most people I tell the site about is cheaters. I play Marble Blast Ultra and it’s really frustrating becuase some people have found a way to mod there controller to make there marble roll faster than others. I’m 1174th on XbL and half are cheaters. I’m also 8th on the leaderboards on cyberscore.net in points. Woody and a few others are examples of cheaters. There’s no way you can do Duality in 2.62 seconds, or Divergence in 3.52 seconds? So that’s why people cant take sites like this seriously. If you would go through and clean out the cheaters and approve more realistic records, it might be better.
